Musicians enjoy Southern Pro Musica concert

The Southern Pro Musica, the south’s leading professional freelance orchestra, invited a group of music students to a concert in Holy Trinity Church, Guildford recently. The students were treated to a feast of music by Handel, Mozart and J S Bach as well as the Neruda Trumpet Concerto played by Alistair Mackie. The renowned soprano Claire Seaton sang the well-known Exsultate Jubilate by Mozart and Handel’s  Let the Bright Serephim and Eternal Source of Light Divine as well as Jauchzet Gott in allen Landen from Bach’s Cantata 51. A lovely evening was enjoyed by all with thanks to The Southern Pro Musica under their conductor Jonathan Willcocks.


Bedales School is one of the UK’s top independent private co-education boarding schools.
